This policy explains how DA EMPREENDIMENTO DIGITAL LTDA (CNPJ 45.975.328/0001-61, "we") handles data in Alca API (the "Platform").

1. Data we access

When an authorized person connects a TikTok for Business account, we receive, through the official TikTok Marketing API and only within the permissions granted:

• an access token for the API;
• Business Center and ad account identifiers, names, time zones, currencies and status;
• campaign, ad group and ad settings, and performance metrics (spend, impressions, clicks, conversions);
• creative assets and catalogs that we upload ourselves.

We do not access TikTok users' personal profiles, messages or contacts, and we do not use the data to profile individuals.

2. How we use it

Only to operate the Platform: reporting, managing our own campaigns and applying our own performance rules. We do not sell, rent or share this data with third parties, and we do not use it for any other purpose.

3. Storage and security

• Access tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM; the encryption key is kept outside the database.
• Only authorized members of our team can sign in to the Platform.
• All connections use HTTPS.

4. Retention and deletion

We keep the data while the connection is active and as needed for our accounting records. Access can be revoked at any time in TikTok for Business; after that, the token stops working. To request deletion of stored data, write to privacidade@alcaapi.com.

5. Cookies

We use only strictly necessary cookies: a session cookie for signed-in team members and a short-lived security cookie (about 10 minutes) used during the TikTok authorization. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this site.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of personal data we hold about you, as provided by applicable law, including the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13,709/2018).
