1. About the Platform
Alca API is an internal advertising management tool operated by DA EMPREENDIMENTO DIGITAL LTDA (CNPJ 45.975.328/0001-61). It connects to the official TikTok Marketing API to report on and manage advertising campaigns that we own or are authorized to manage.
2. Who may use it
Access is restricted to people authorized by DA EMPREENDIMENTO DIGITAL LTDA. There is no public sign-up. The public pages (home, privacy policy and these terms) are informational.
3. Authorization
By connecting a TikTok for Business account, the person connecting it confirms they have the right to grant access to the selected Business Centers and ad accounts. Access can be revoked at any time in TikTok for Business.
4. Acceptable use
The Platform must be used in accordance with TikTok's Terms of Service, TikTok Advertising Policies and applicable law. No one may attempt to access accounts they are not authorized to manage.
5. Availability and liability
The Platform is provided "as is". We work to keep data accurate, but advertising metrics come from TikTok and may be delayed or revised by TikTok. To the extent permitted by law, DA EMPREENDIMENTO DIGITAL LTDA is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the Platform.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
